Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketing page. If you need assistance purchasing a ticket, please contact Ticketfly Customer Service.

Q: What is included with each ticket price?
A.General Admission ticket for the festival includes: entry into the event, 30 samples (2oz pours), commemorative tasting mug, entertainment, access to vendor village and food vendors.
     — A VIP ticket to the festival includes all of the above as well as an hour early entry at 11am, first access to limited brews during the VIP hour and 10 additional samples.
     — A ticket into one of the tasting events includes 10 samples (3-4oz pours) and a commemorative tasting mug.

Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A. No. We ask that you leave the kiddos at home.

Q: Can a minor attend the tasting events if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A. Yes. The Vig Fillmore is a restaurant so the kids can fill up on food and soft drinks (must be purchased by attendee).

Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A. No. Refunds will not be issued.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A. This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised.

Q: Where is the festival taking place?
A. The event will be at the Arizona Center on 5th St & Van Buren in Downtown Phoenix.

Q: What time do festival gates open?
A. VIP ticket holders can enter festival grounds beginning at 11am on Saturday, November 22nd. Gates open to GA ticket holders at 12pm.

Q: Where are the tasting events taking place?
A. The tasting events are returning to the Vig Fillmore at 4th Ave & Fillmore in Downtown Phoenix.

Q: What time do the tasting events take place?
A. The tasting events will take place from 2pm to 4pm.

Q: I'm having trouble purchasing tickets online. What do I do?
